Standing Order

It is a convenient way to pay, no time is wasted writing or posting cheques or standing in queues and you are given advance notice of how much will be debited from your account.

Credit or debit card

Staff will happily take a credit or debit card payment via the telephone, you can ring us on 0191 514 2555, you can also call into the office. Please make sure you quote your address and please note that any credit card payment of £100 or more will be subject to a 2% fee.

By post

You can send a cheque or postal order to our office.

People with low incomes may qualify for housing benefit. This helps towards the rent you pay, and depending on your circumstances, can meet your full rent charge (not including council tax, utilities, etc).

What if I do not pay my rent on time?

When you signed your tenancy agreement you entered into a legal contract with 3gates Property Lettings Ltd to pay your rent on time. Like any other contract, if you do not adhere to the conditions, court action may be taken. This could ultimately result in you losing your home. If you find, at any time that you cannot meet your rent payments, do not ignore the problem. Please contact us as soon as possible.
